If these Poles were men they would settle this debt and make sure they did not just try to avoid their duty, even if someone has to step in and pay it other than the idiot in the luxury condo. A community is judged by how it takes care of such problems, and the Poles in American will get hated badly if they do not make sure this guy gets his money. Otherwise this is just going to go all over the internet and make them lose face and business.
